Returns & Exchanges

Please notify us of a problem with your order within 30 days after receiving your package. We will do everything we can to resolve the situation.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. Please use the original packaging if possible. If you're not happy with your product, we will pay for the return shipping.

If your item was damaged as a result of shipping, then you can return it to us for a replacement.


We will issue refunds to your original method of payment. It may take several days to show in your account depending on your bank and factors out of our control.
